     Red curry is an ingredient that has endless possibilities and flavors that you can pair it with.  Red Curry Ready to Pour Sauce from WORLDFOODS is mild and perfect for the family.  The cheese in my recipe sort of tames the light spice of it and makes it more kid friendly.  I love how creamy this sauce is.  This is another item I want to keep in my fridge very often.

Serves 6-8

{Ingredients for Thai Red Curry Macaroni & Cheese}
1 can Progresso Recipe Starter Cheese Sauce
1/2 cup half-and-half or milk
1/2 cup Thai Red Curry Sauce from WORLDFOODS
1 cup sharp cheddar cheese shredded
1 cup monterrey jack cheese shredded
2 Tbsp salted butter
1/2 tsp fresh cracked black pepper
1/2 tsp kosher salt
1 tablespoon dried thyme
1 tablespoon dried leaf oregano
1 tablespoon onion powder
2 tablespoons garlic powder
2 Tbsp freshly chopped italian parsley (for the garnishment)
1 lb worth of uncooked pasta of any sort you enjoy (cooked)
*I like to use a penne rigate and sometimes I will use fusilli or rotini

Heat oven to 375 F

{How to make}
1. Pour contents of cheese sauce into a sauce pan and add milk. Heat on medium-high until boiling, stirring the whole time
2. Remove from heat and stir in cheeses.  Add seasonings, thyme, oregano, onion powder, garlic powder and WORLDFOODS Thai Red Curry Sauce
3. Stir in cooked/drained pasta with the cheese sauce or add the cheese sauce to the pasta, either way works
4. Spray little ramekins or pan you will be using with oil
5. Fill your ramekins or pan with the cheesy goodness and maybe sprinkle a bit of extra cheese on the top.  Add a little dot of butter over the top every 3 inches or so
6. Place all ramekins or the pan on a baking sheet.  This is just to prevent any leaks into the oven
7. Bake on 375 F for about 20-22 minutes or until golden
8. Serve after 2-3 minutes of cool time.  Sprinkle fresh parsley over the top, it adds a fresh flavor and looks pretty
