Put a New Twist on Family Favorites With Bob Evans

     I hope that everybody has enjoyed a relaxing and joyous Thanksgiving Day.  We have so much to be thankful for.  Our family spent the whole entire weekend together and it was a lot of fun.  We have been slowly eating through the extra leftovers from our delicious meals.  There are tons of turkey and mashed potatoes in our fridge.
     Chef David Eisel, renowned chef and brains behind Bob Evans has come up with some new and exciting way to eat those leftovers up.  I ended up being really ill on the day I was to interview him but I was able to send him a list of my questions.  The video below is the chef answering those questions and him sharing some quick and simple tips to dress up your holiday food.  Enjoy!
